the delicious blur..

through milky rain
of moonlit night
glaucous glimmers
from your eye pupil
enigma like
gliding drowsily
crushing yet intangible
settling tenderly
on moldering hearts
spread in their
damask chastity
a hint of rococo
within roseate tinge
every trace of gray
ruddy streaks
on my pallid cheeks
the blush of
passionate kiss
when words cease
music scarcely begins
your half-closed eyes
look into mine
and life becomes
a delicious blur ..

wow! if my short poem is poignant, your long one is lovely! :)

the start itself had that attraction to it... milky rain of moonlit night, imagery was nice... could imagine this :) :)

Aria... This indeed is very romantic and creates a nostalgia somewhere in the far corner of the mind. Really enjoyed your master strokes after a long time..

Cheers and be optimistic. Kunjubi

sultry. "life becomes a delicious blur..."

and isn't that exactly the way it happens? put a half-smile on my face. ;)

WOW. Aria. Just WOW. You had it nailed at "milky rain". This was like watching poetry spill out of a vial of perfume. Surreal :)
